The 21 key programmable keypad can have all keys user-defined with up to 24 characters assigned to each key.

Programmable Keyboard

This fully programmable keyboard with 30 keys (5x6) is rugged with IP65. Every single key can be programmed to send up to four different commands by using functions keys. You print the labels by yourself and the labels are attached to the keys with transparent plastic covers.

Tactile can program the keyboard for your needs. The interface to the computer is USB but you may connect it to PS/2 by using a converter.

vKeyboard is a highly customizable on-screen keyboard available for Microsoft Windows™ products. The size and content of the keyboards, multiple views and easy show and hide functions can be adjusted for your specific needs. vKeyboard has almost no limitations when it comes to layout of the software. Any desired buttons can be added in any wanted size and appearance. The setup controls if the virtual keyboard should be shown in the top, middle, bottom, left-right, be visible on half the screen, quarter of the screen etc. The keyboard can also be set to re-dimension the screen view port, this is ideal to prevent any applications to be hidden underneath the vKeyboard once brought up visible.

External DC/DC 9.2-18V

The external DC/DC is used to make sure that the correct and stable power is outputted to the connected Panel PC. Using a DC/DC adapter between the power source and the Panel PC converts the voltage to the correct level and makes sure that the unit will not take damage from a potential unstable power source.

With the Tactile UPS Smart you get a reliable power source for your panel pc. The USB connects to the computer which reads the status of the power source. This can be programmed in different ways and the UPS works similar to a laptop battery where the computer can communicate and know the status of the power source.

In some environments where the vehicle is shut down for a short while or where you have to be able to run the computer even after the main power source have been disconnected the UPS will provide the computer with power for a limited time.
